Tracking cool and breezy days ahead

Dry and windy conditions will continue across Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas Monday night and Tuesday, as a cold front ushers in another shot of crisp fall air. Winds could occasionally gust over 30 mph through Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures will drop considerably Tuesday night and Wednesday night, potentially resulting in areas of frost. Seasonably cool conditions persist late in the week, with increasing clouds and rain chances returning late Thursday and into Friday.
