Tracking spotty rain chances, cooler start to the week

A warm, breezy, and mainly dry Sunday afternoon will give way to increasing clouds and cooler temperatures Monday and Tuesday, as a cold front pushes through the area. Spotty rain chances will be followed by sunshine and a warm-up mid to late week.

Partly sunny skies and afternoon 80s continue Sunday, with a 20% chance of stray showers and southwest winds at 15 to 20 mph. Clouds increase overnight with a 20% chance of showers and lows near 60s degrees. 

Monday and Tuesday bring partly to mostly cloudy skies and a 30% chance of showers, with seasonably cool temperatures as highs fall to the low 70s. Dry skies and a warming trend will develop mid to late week, promoting above average temperatures.
