A 40% to 60% chance of showers and t-storms will linger  Tuesday morning, with partly cloudy skies and highs near 80 degrees by the afternoon.

Mostly sunny skies and toasty temperatures return Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Sunshine and summer-like heat continue through the end of the week, as highs climb into the low 90s.
