I just finished reading the story from the St. Joseph News-Press on Tuesday, August 12, named "A century of influence.” It was written about Harold Roe Bartle, the name man for the Chiefs, and it was written by Cameron Montemayor and written with a great deal of help from former St. Joe Mayor Bill McMurray. And I just want to say what a wonderfully done story that is by both of those gentlemen. It was informative and just a good feel-good story, good information. Thank you for publishing that.
Local is the way to go
I do not agree with the pick for the company to run the FBO at Rosecrans. For the FBO, I think local is the way to go.
Breaking records
I think the city ought to strive for the Guinness World Book of Records on how many streets that they can have shut down at one time.
He's an embarrassment
Trump totally embarrassed the United States with his treatment of Putin. I thought he was going to kiss Putin on the red carpet. Trump got nothing from this meeting and Putin got everything he wanted. And as I suspected, Trump is not going to give Ukraine any weapons, and he's not going to sanction Russia. He's a total embarrassment.
Not in his right mind
Donald Trump is a complete failure as president, so he blames the Democrats, news media and everybody that says things he doesn't like. This man isn't in his right mind.
