Makes no sense

Branson probably has more tourists in one day than St. Joseph has all year. And yet, Branson has been closing hotels, and the city of St. Joseph has been telling us citizens that we need more hotels. Doesn't make sense.

Just one question

Got one question to ask. If the wildfires in Canada and all the smoke is coming down across the United States, causing lung cancer or anything like that that’s bad on the health of these poor people that are here, why don't the United States send some firefighters, some planes up there to help put that fire out? I think it might be more beneficial to us in the United States if they would do that. Why don't Trump order that? Please give me a response.

Editor’s note: As reported by CBS News, according to a press release from the U.S. Forest Service, more than 600 firefighters have traveled to Canada this summer to battle wildfires.

Kissing up to Trump

I can't believe it. Josh Hawley has a meeting with President Trump, and now he's offering a bill to provide tariff rebates. The tariff rebates are not going to cover the losses we are going to experience from Trump's idiotic tariffs. But Hawley is kissing up to Trump again like the rest of Congress does. They're afraid of their paycheck.

Trying to figure it out

I'm just trying to figure out why Trump hates science. He's trying to stop higher education. He wants to stop research at those facilities. And research finds new medical cures for us, all types of things that benefit mankind. He wants to stop that. He wants to halt engineering. We should lead in manufacturing new things that make the world better. He's pulled the pull all the power from EPA. They're rolling back all the regulations so the fossil fuel companies and utilities and things like that can make more money. And the world gets closer to a point of no return.
