Tracking returning sunshine, late-week warming trend

A gray start to Wednesday has given way to partly sunny skies for the afternoon and evening, as a low pressure system exits the area. Aside from a 20% chance of stray t-showers before sunset Wednesday, dry conditions will settle in to finish out the week with temperatures steadily warming and plenty of sunshine through the weekend.

Upper 70s this afternoon will be followed up by 60s and 50s overnight, with mostly clear skies. Patchy fog is possible early Thursday morning with otherwise mostly sunny skies through the day and highs near 80 degrees. Warm sunny days and clear cool nights continue Friday and into the weekend, with afternoon highs warming into the low to mid 80s and overnight lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.
