Tracking toasty mid-week temperatures

This afternoon, skies are mostly sunny with a few upper-level clouds passing by. Temperatures will remain in the low 80s through the evening before cooling off to the upper 50s tonight. Winds will be breezy for the rest of the day, from the east-southeast at 5 to 10 mph, shifting to a southeast wind tonight. These winds will help push even warmer air into our area.
Tomorrow, expect more blue skies and plenty of sunshine. Winds will remain breezy from the southeast. Afternoon highs are forecast to reach the mid-80s. Skies will stay clear Tuesday night, with temperatures dropping to the low 60s.
Wednesday will be the hottest day of the week, with our first 90-degree day of the year expected. Blue skies will continue, but it will be windy, with east-southeast winds sustained between 10 and 15 mph, gusting up to 25 mph.
