Pecora, Robert 1948-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Robert Eugene Pecora, 76, St. Joseph, passed away on June 1, 2025. He was born on Dec. 5, 1948, to Angelo and Anne (Brown) Pecora, in his hometown, St. Joseph.

Robert had a deep love for music, which was both a comfort and a companion throughout his life. The rhythms and melodies were the soundtrack to many of his days.

In addition to his love for music, Robert was also a gifted builder. His hands were skilled at turning raw materials into treasures, from small household fixes to more ambitious building projects. He also found great joy in spending time with his loyal dog, Bennie. The companionship they shared was evident to all who knew them.

Robert’s memory will be cherished by his son, Piero Pecora; daughters, Cecelia Pecora and Nina Prete; along with extended family members and friends. He will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
