Drivers traveling through Frederick and Leonard will be without a stoplight at the intersection for several days beginning on Tuesday.

Temporary stop signs will be up at the location while signal improvements are made to accommodate the new QuikTrip location. Improvements include replacing signs, adding flashing yellow arrows and updating electronics.

Work is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through Friday, Nov. 22. While the work is happening, the signals will be turned off and temporary stop signs will direct traffic to treat the intersection as a four-way stop.

Drivers should expect delays.
