Provin, Garland E. 1933-2025 Bartlesville, Okla.

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – Garland Eugene “Gene” Provin was born March 4, 1933, in Ridgeway, Missouri to Garland and Mary Provin.

Gene worked for Heaton-Bowman-Smith Funeral Home for many years before retiring.

Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Provin.

He is survived by three children, Teresa Marie Irwin, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Janesa Lademann, of Elyria, Ohio, and Jeff Provin, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchilddren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025, with visitation starting at 9 a.m., both at Moore’s Southlawn Chapel, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As published in the St. Joseph News-Press.
