(Published in the St. Joseph News-Press Fri. 5/30/25) INVITATION TO BID Sealed Proposals, for the St. Joseph School District – Lafayette High School Restroom Renovations will be received at Creal Clark & Seifert Architects/Engineers, Inc. until 2:00 P.M. (local time). Thursday, June 12, 2025. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at that time. Contractors may obtain copies of the Drawings and Project Manual from Creal Clark & Seifert A/E, Inc. office after Thursday, May 29, 2025. Each Contractor will be responsible for returning the received Construction documents in good condition within five (5) days following the Notification of Award of Contract. Each unreturned set will be invoiced to the Contractor at 100.00 per set. Drawings and Project Manual can also be obtained with a Link to the digital documents, at no charge. Call CCSAE for information. This project has been determined to be tax exempt, requiring Prevailing Wage, Liquidated Damages, and Bonds.
