Belt Highway The public and interested citizens are invited to review and examine the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program and submit their written comments to the City Clerk’s Office by 12:00 Noon, May 27, 2025. The written comments submitted will be forwarded to the City Council. Citizens may also present their views and comments to the City Council during a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri.
