French Fried Zucchini

If you grow zucchini (or have a friend or neighbor who does), you've probably already used plenty of the harvest in salads, breads cakes, and other baked, stewed and grilled dishes. I know we have. Here's a new way to use up the bounty that your friends and family might enjoy.
3-4 small zucchini (remove seeds and cut into 1/4" strips
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup of buttermilk
1 large egg
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
salt, pepper or other seasoning
