DESCRIPTION: A pipeline through Nebraska has achieved what other companies have not: carrying carbon dioxide emissions from ethanol plants across state lines for burial deep underground. Tallgrass’s Trailblazer Pipeline spans hundreds of miles and 12 ethanol plants across Nebraska into Colorado for burial in Wyoming. Other carbon capture pipelines have faced numerous obstacles.
