Tracking spotty showers today and tomorrow: sunny weekend ahead

Tonight, there is still a 40% chance of showers in the area, and temperatures will drop into the low 50s. Winds will remain light from the east, shifting to a northeast direction by tomorrow.
On Thursday, there is a 20% chance of isolated showers in the morning. Skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy, with seasonable afternoon highs. Clouds will begin to clear Thursday evening, allowing temperatures to drop into the upper 40s.
Friday marks the start of sunny skies heading into the weekend, with mild temperatures in the mid-70s.
