JOSEPH PARKS & RECREATION FELIX STREET SQUARE RENOVATION BID # PK26-04 The City of St. Joseph, Missouri, will be accepting sealed bids electronically through the City of St. Joseph’s online bidding system at https://stjosephmo.ionwave.net/ until 3:00 P.M. on November 6, 2025, at which time they will be unsealed and read aloud. Bid documents may be obtained through the City of St. Joseph’s online bidding system at https://stjosephmo.ionwave.net/. The work will generally consist of the removal and replacement of the stage and reconfiguration of Coleman Hawkins Park at Felix Street Square, including demolition, excavation, grading, curbs, concrete, brick work, seeding, and all other appurtenant work as indicated on the drawings and as specified. There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on October 29, 2025, at Felix Street Square, located at 7th & Felix in St. Joseph. Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
