(Published in the St. Joseph News-Press Fri. 9/26/25 & Fri. 10/03/25) REQUEST FOR BIDS The North Central Missouri College will accept sealed bids for the construction of a new Precision Ag Lab building located at 96 Southeast 8th Avenue, Trenton, MO, October 21st, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Bids shall be submitted at the Frey Administrative Center where they will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 7th, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Lager Laboratory Building, 96 Southeast 8th Avenue, Trenton, MO 64683. Plans and specifications will be available September 30th, 2025, and can be purchased at Drexel Technologies, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214: 888-202-1301. Digital copies of plans and specifications will be available at https://planroom.drexeltech.com/View/Default.aspx A 5% bid bond in the amount of your bid is a requirement payable to North Central Missouri College. This project falls under the Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
