RFP26-009 Hearnes Ceiling Tiles

(Published in the St. Joseph News-Press Fri. 9/26/25 and Fri. 10/03/25) REQUEST FOR BIDS The Purchasing Department will accept sealed bids for RFP26-009 Hearnes Ceiling Tile Replacement until October 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Missouri Western State University where they will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held September 26, 2025 on the third floor of the Hearnes Library. Specifications are available at https://www.missouriwestern.edu/purchasing/current-bids/. A 5% bid bond is required. This project falls under the Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
