(Published in the St. Joseph News-Press Fri. 9/19/25 & Fri. 9/26/25) REQUEST FOR BIDS The North Central Missouri College will accept sealed bids for the renovation of an existing building located at 105 West US Highway 71, Savannah, MO 64485, until October 9th, at 2:00 pm Central Time at the Frey Administrative Center where they will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 25th, at 10:00 am at the Savannah Campus – Conference Room, 601 North Highway 71, Savannah, MO 64485. Plans and specifications will be available September 22nd and can be purchased at Drexel Technologies, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214: 888-202-1301. Digital copies of plans and specifications will be available at https://planroom.drexeltech.com/View/Default.aspx A 5% bid bond in the amount of your bid is a requirement payable to North Central Missouri College. This project falls under the Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
