Tracking sunshine and dry conditions into the weekend

We're entering a calm and quiet stretch of weather across the region.

This morning, patchy fog is developing along the riverbed and in low-lying areas, reducing visibility in some spots. If you're heading out for your morning commute, remember to slow down and leave extra space between your vehicle and the one in front of you.

Once the fog clears after daybreak, expect a beautiful and mild day ahead. Highs will reach the upper 70s to low 80s under mostly sunny skies, with only a few clouds expected.

Tonight, temperatures will dip into the mid- to upper 50s, making for a cooler evening. Looking ahead, this pleasant pattern continues through the rest of the week and into the weekend. Daily highs will range from the low to mid-80s, with plenty of sunshine and minimal cloud cover.

Even as we head into early next week, conditions are expected to remain quiet and sunny, with temperatures continuing to hold steady in the low 80s.
