Beautiful weather just in time for Mother’s Day
ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) -- We are in for some spectacular weather here in the Central Plains for the rest of the week. Many of us are waking up to clouds this morning, and one or two individuals might see a shower, but the rest of us will be dry. Clouds will clear out throughout the morning hours, leading to sunnier conditions this afternoon and into the weekend.
Speaking of the weekend, temperatures will warm into the 80s, after a 70-degree stint here through the end of the week. Sunny skies are more likely over the coming days, which sets everyone up for a great weekend to spend with mom.
Overall, the next few days will have rather few weather complaints, which makes our job as meteorologists easy. Enjoy the great outdoors and make sure you treat your mom this year for Mother's Day.
