Benton boys headed to state title game
The Benton boys basketball team is headed to the Class 4 state championship game on Saturday following a 61-53 win over Logan-Rogersville in the semifinals.
Junior Lincoln Goodwin led the Cardinals with 34 points on 10-18 shooting, including 13-15 from the free throw line. Fellow junior Mach Mayon notched a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
