World Board of Peace

Trump is starting up the World Board of Peace. It's going to cost $1 billion to join. Does the U.S. have to pay the billion? U.S. taxpayers have to pay the billion dollars. Also, who gets the money? 

Where is Congress?

Are we as American citizens going to have to start carrying a citizenship card? ICE is dragging American citizens out of their vehicles in Minnesota. Where is our Congress?
