Shouldn't they be the Navy fleet?

Trump has ordered a bunch of brand-new battleships. He is going to call them Trump's Golden Fleet. Shouldn't they be the U.S. Navy fleet since the taxpayers are paying for it?

Trump's in charge

This is a time of year when there's supposed to be goodwill towards all men, women and children of the world. It should be that way every day of the week, but it's not. And here we are. Trump took off American aid, and there's hundreds of thousands of people dying every year because of lack of food and medical attention. He's letting Ukrainians die every week because he's not standing up for a democratic state, and instead he's helping Putin. Well, I can only say, Merry Christmas, world. Trump's in charge.
