What happened to quality control?

I have an issue with the telephone company and the TV services that are mounted on poles in Saint Joseph. I live at a property where they put new electric utility poles in and the phone company and cable vision is still attached to the old pole, they said they were going to remove 10 years ago, the poles still sit here. I noticed in other parts of my neighborhood the poles are still there. Why don't the phone company, cable vision companies transfer their wires to the electric pole and move these terrible looking rotted out old poles that they are still attached to. What happened to quality control with utility companies?

What's the message?

President Trump blows up boats suspected of carrying drugs, but he pardons a Honduras drug pen. What is the message? Is he for or against illegal drugs? That's pretty confusing.
