It’s Your Call for Dec. 1

War crime

I just watched the news, and they shot another alleged drug boat. There were survivors, so they attacked the boat a second time to kill the survivors. This is a war crime.  

This is what happens

The founding fathers wanted three equal branches of government. And we're seeing right now what happens when that doesn't work like that. The GOP, the elected GOP, have given total power to Trump. 

Weren't vetting anyone

It's pretty funny to hear a newscaster act surprised that this Afghan wasn't vetted. When Afghanistan collapsed and they crammed the planes full of people, everybody could tell they weren't vetting anyone. They were just cramming the planes full of Afghan people to make it look good.  

Get rid of them

I'm calling about this school board. We voted no on everything they wanted, and we're paying them. They're getting paid or they wouldn't be on there. Just look at the numbers, six-digit numbers for each one of them that's sitting around that table. That's too much. Get rid of all of them.  

Editorial hits the nail on the head

Hats off to the writer of the editorial on 11/26. It was spot on. There are a lot of individuals within our community that are just anti-progressive, and it tends to hamper anyone in a leadership position, from the mayor, to the school board, to any local community that strives to move forward in a progressive way. I take my hat off to those that keep fighting the battle and for your editorial that nailed it.
