Do something before there's an accident
I'm calling about the extreme danger that e-bikes pose, especially to pedestrians. Many, many people have been killed in Europe and in the United States who are walking or riding traditional bikes and were hit by e-bikes. And, of course, they're a danger to the people who are riding them. I've noticed that many more older people no longer walk the trails where I walk. I think it's partly because of the number of very fast e-bikes that pass you within inches. I think I would just encourage the city council to do something proactively before there is an accident.
Property tax
I got my property tax yesterday. Went up $400 from last year, from $1700 to $2100. Wow, we're doing good here in St. Joe. Sewer bills are on the rise. Water bills are on the rise. Electric rates are on the rise. Anything but wages. Good old welfare St. Joe.
Great job, Democrats
Congratulations to the Democratic Party. You've failed at DEI, the border, shutdown, and now back a communist to be mayor of New York City. Good job, Democrats.
Pushing Christmas on all of us
What do you think about this? TVs and all the stores are pushing Christmas. I think we should have Christmas on Thanksgiving Day and have Thanksgiving on Christmas. What do you think about that? I think that'd work because they're pushing Christmas terribly.
Which part is rogue?
Nancy Pelosi claims the Supreme Court is a rogue court. Which part? The justices appointed by Democrat presidents or those appointed by a Republican president? Or is it just rogue because she doesn't like their rulings?
