Doing it for political reasons
If the economy is doing as good as Trump says it's doing, he wouldn't be so worried about the Fed cutting interest rates. He's doing that because his economy isn't doing that good. With lower interest rates, it'll infuse a little bit of money into the economy, make it look good temporarily, but that's not what it really is about. He should keep his nose out of the Fed. That's supposed to be an independent branch of the government. He's just doing this for political reasons to make the American people think that the economy's doing better than it is, and it's not doing very well.
Interesting information
An interesting piece of information: The Department of Justice deleted its own study from its website showing far more domestic terrorism is committed by far-right extremists than committed by far-left extremists. Interesting point, Mr. President.
You'd think she'd know
You would think the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, would know all about the laws regarding free speech.
Sad situation
This is in regard to the “No futures” comment in the paper. I agree with the person that called that in. For the youth here in St. Joseph, it's a very sad situation. They do have some programs for them to help them learn and have activities to do, but then they don't seem to have enough adults to supervise. Young people need things to do to keep them occupied and hopefully keep them off the streets from stealing, vandalizing, just being little brats and mean people.
Definition of common sense
Does anybody really understand what the definition of common sense is anymore, or do we just refuse to admit it? Because what I see today is people running around with their heads stuck up their you know what. Unbelievable, the way people act today. The way people act in public today demonstrates the lack of complete common sense. Come on people, start putting your heads on and acting like you have some semblance of common sense. It doesn't take that much to act like you have a little bit of a brain in your head.
