Concentrate on academics

I saw the new superintendent's interview on the local news, and I can't believe how disappointing it is. No one is going to move here if you build three new schools, as terrible as our academics are. Why don't they concentrate on that and in five to 10 years come back. Maybe somebody would consider giving them money if they could teach the kids anything.  

Organize a parade

Now that all the clowns and jokers have had the “No Kings” protest, I'd like to see us have a tribute to our great president, Donald Trump, so I can go out and honor him. Please let me know when we can have a parade to honor our president. Would somebody please organize a parade for our president of the United States? 

Unelected judges

The closest thing we have to a king in this country would be the unelected judges who try to block the agenda of the administration that was overwhelmingly elected by the majority of the voters. Those judges are the ones that think they are kings. They are the ones you should be protesting against. 

Have a change of heart

Thank God for our judiciary system that blocks Trump's things that lead down the road toward dictatorship. I can't believe our congressmen. They're no better than he is. You people out there that vote for these Republicans and Democrats alike, and they're following him down the road, you need to change and have a have a change of heart. 

It's unconscionable

I am a veteran. I find it unconscionable that veterans' benefits and the staffing of the Veterans Administration is being cut; budget is being cut. At the same time, $45 million is being spent on a military parade and $135 million is spent sending troops to a city that neither wants them nor needs them. This reality TV political spectacle is just unacceptable, especially when they're veterans that are going without services.
