Lean to build a town

I don't know how that mayor could sit there and say everything's looking up. If you look at the last 20 years, St. Joe, this town is in worse shape now than it ever has been. For me, as far as I can remember, it's three steps backwards and one step forward, and they call this progress. St. Joe’s leadership has got to change the way they think. They've got to learn how to build a town, man.

I was just Downtown. I see where they're again tearing out that absolutely beautiful balustrade. They're going to be putting in something else because they have big concrete trucks. So again, St. Joe is always the friend of the construction industry.  

Leave it alone

This is about Farleigh Terrace. Why don't you just leave it alone? I haven't really heard in the news about very many traffic accidents there. It sounds to me like the city, typical city, wants to waste money on something they don't need to spend it on. Save that money for something else. I mean, it's been its way, like they said on the news, for over 100 years.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just leave it alone.

Anybody that's interested should Google and find out what's going on in the world now that the USAID program has been stopped by Musk and Trump.
