Morris, Sheila M. 1967-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Sheila Marie Morris, 58, of St. Joseph, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2025, in St. Joseph. She was born April 19, 1967, in Parnell, Missouri, daughter of Susan and Eddie Clay Maxwell, of Maryville, Missouri.

She graduated from Nodaway Northeast Nodaway R5 High School and attended Northwest State University. She worked at State hospital. She enjoyed to go fishing, and attended the Parnell United Methodist Church in her young days.

Sheila is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Morris, of the home; her parents; a brother, John Maxwell (Sarah Graham), of Maryville; two nieces, Patricia (Andy) Shelton, and Christina (Kyle) Alexander; a nephew, Eldon (Courtney) Maxwell; great- niece, Abby Shelton; great- nephew, Laken Maxwell.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
