Skeen, Deborah D. 1955-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Deborah Diana Skeen, aged 70, of St. Joseph, passed away on Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, in a St. Joseph hospital. Born on April 5, 1955, in St. Joseph. She was the daughter of the late Jneva and Glen Huston.

Deborah attended Lafayette High School, and married Tony Skeen Sr. on Oct. 22, 1982, who survives her.

Deborah dedicated many years of her career to working at Stetson Hats. She was known for her love of fishing, dancing, and her animals.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Skeen Sr.; her children, Tony (Chartina) Skeen Jr., Chad (Crissy) Skeen, and Danni (Billy) Coats; her sisters, Nova (B.J.) Jones, Tina (Floyd Townsend) Sollars, and Connie Phelan; as well as seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Rhonda Sahagun, Barbara Huston, Ruth Ann Huston, and Glenda Johnson; brothers, David, Galen, William, and Douglas Huston.
