Miller, Donald R. 1942-2025 McFall, Mo.

MCFALL, Mo. – Donald Rex Miller, 82, of McFall, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at Crestview Nursing Home, in Bethany, Missouri, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in New Hampton, Harrison County, Missouri, to Wessling Daren and Georgia Lee Miller on Oct. 27, 1942.
He graduated from South Harrison High School and then married Margaret Miller on April 29, 1966. He enlisted and served in the Army Reserves in Missouri then transfer to the Air Force Reserves in California until 1969. He then went to Sheet Metal Trade School where he began his career in HVAC. He retired after 30 years.
Donald was an avid hunter, loved to fish, travel, and had a love for old cars and dogs.
He is survived by wife, Margaret Miller of 59 years; a sister, Barbara Miller; a daughter, Janice Taylor; two sons, Daren Miller (Wendi) and Todd Turner (Sonya); grandchildren, Haley Wright (Josh), Brittany Taylor, Aaron Taylor (Addie), Hannah Hughes (Keaton), Ashlee Taylor, Heather Shrout (Scott), and Travis Miller (Kinzee Eggers); great- grandchildren, Charlotte Wright, Brinkley Wright, Titus Wright, Willow Wright, August Hughes, Autumn Taylor, and Brewer Hughes; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, at Roberson Funeral Home, 1107 S. 25th St. Bethany, MO 64424. A visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. The family will have a private burial at Matkins Cemetery, in McFall. Memorials and contributions are suggested to Harrison County Hospice.
