STANBERRY, Mo. — David "Skeeter" Atkison, 71, of Stanberry, Missouri, passed away Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025, in St. Joseph. He was born July 9, 1954, in St. Joseph.

Survivors include wife, Jackie; daugthers, Jean, Dawn, Kayla, Teresa, and Mindy; sons, Jeremy, Kevin and James.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
