Linder, Kathy A. 1966-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Kathy “Kat” Ann Linder, 59, of St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, at her home. She was born Jan. 7, 1966, in St. Joseph, daughter of Carolyn and Buster Mosier.

Kathy attended Benton High School. Kathy devoted many years as a caretaker. Besides taking care of others, she loved her dog and cat.

Kathy was preceded in death by father, Buster Leroy Mosier; an infant daughter, Amanda Mosier; brother, David Mosier; and the father of her children, Joe Martinez.

Survivors include her mother, Carolyn Mosier, of St. Joseph; former husband, John Linder, of St. Joseph; daughter, Andrea Reno, of Elwood, Kansas; son, Jimmy Martinez, of Atchison, Kansas; sister, Becky Brozovich, of Moberly, Missouri; brother, Gerald Mosier, of Oklahoma; and granddaughters, Myia and Sophia Reno.

Ms. Linder has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, at the Rupp Funeral Home.
