Bachman, Lela M. 1927-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Lela Mae Bachman, 98, of St. Joseph, passed away Sept. 9, 2025 at her home. Lela was born Jan. 3, 1927 in Santa Monica, California, to Floyd and Bernice (Heschong) Wilson.

Lela married August “Auggie” Bachman on Oct. 29, 1954.

Graveside Farewell Services and Interment 1 p.m. Tuesday, Memorial Park Cemetery. The procession will leave from Meierhoffer Funeral Home and Crematory.
