O’Callaghan, Tara M. 1988-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Tara Michelle O’Callaghan, 37, of St. Joseph, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, in St. Joseph. She was born Jan. 11, 1988, in St. Joseph, daughter of Tammy and John OCallaghan.

She graduated from Lafayette High School, class of 2006. Tara married Phillip Berger on May 29, 2014. She loved listening to music, cooking and watching true crime shows.

Tara was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Mary Foster; and father-in-law, Roger Berger.

Survivors include her parents, John and Tammy OCallaghan, of St Joseph; husband, Phillip Berger, of St. Joseph; her children, Annalie and Lucas Berger; brother, John (Jenny) OCallaghan Jr., of St. Joseph; maternal grandfather, Walter Cunningham, of Savannah, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Jeanne Webb, of St. Joseph; aunts and uncles, Todd and Julie Cunningham, Walter Cunningham Jr. and Bradley and Michelle Cunningham; mother-in-law, Patricia Berger; sisters-in-law, Lydia Burress, Sarah (Jake) Wilson; brother-in-law, Christopher (Megan) Berger; and numerous nieces and nephews,
