Vickie Anne Chavez, 70, St. Joseph, went to her eternal home Sunday, July 27, 2025. She was born July 1, 1955, to Bill and Rowena Atkins. She married Chuck Chavez on May 9, 1980.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Atkins.

Vickie is survived by her husband, Chuck; mother, Rowena Atkins; her children, Toshia (Donnie), Sean (Sarah), Ashley (Garrett), Lindsay (Justin); grandchildren, Darian (Drew), Taylor, Haylie, Ashlin, Xavion, Kaden, Kamryn, Seany, Kindsay, Cruz, Jett, Olivia, and Max; siblings, Billy (Karen), Jeff (Claire), Greg (Julie), and Liz (Bob); several nieces, nephews, cousins; and her aunt, Ida.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1 p.m. Wednesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions to Community Christian Church or Kadens Kloset.
