OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Ova Robert Milbourn, 81, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025. He was born Feb. 9, 1944, in St. Joseph, to David and Thelma (Berry) Milbourn.

Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

On Sept. 22, 1975, Robert married Mary F. Felts. She preceded him in death on March 10, 2013.

He was an over-the-road truck driver for many years.

Robert was a Kansas City Chiefs fan, and loved college football, classic movies, and music by Elvis and Conway Twitty.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Mary; and his parents.

Survivors include his children, Bobby Milbourn (Peggy), of North Carolina, Suzy Hatch (Rob), of Turtle Town, Tennessee, Donnie Milbourn (Staci), of Oklahoma City, and Clint Milbourn (Diana), of Randolph, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, David Lee Milbourn, of Omaha, Nebraska; and sisters, Sheila Huffman, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Tammy Hillis, of Omaha.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 10 a.m. Saturday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Entombment Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will gather with friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
