Don T. Morris, 90, cherished father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on Feb. 8, 2024. He was born on Oct. 14, 1933, in St. Joseph, to Thomas and Estella A. (Richie) Morris.

Don’s lifelong partnership with his wife, Shirley Jean Mallory, began on July 4, 1952, and they shared a loving marriage until her passing on Dec. 1, 2011.

For over five decades, Don dedicated his life to being an electrician, reflecting his strong work ethic and mastery of his trade. He was a proud and active member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 545. His commitment to fraternity was further exemplified through his involvement with the Scottish Rite, Moila Shriners, and King Hill Masonic Lodge where he was honored as a 32nd Degree Mason.

He also had a love of riding motorcycles, embracing the joy and freedom of the open road.

Don is lovingly remembered by Donna Mallory, who survives of the home; children, Kyle Morris (LaVonne) and Cheryl Admire (Steve); seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Don was reunited in death with his parents; wife, Shirley; children, Donald Morris and Susan McCauley; and his grandchild Joseph Admire.

Natural Farewell under the direction of Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.

Inurnment at Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
