AGENCY, Mo. – Rhonda Jo Felt 59, of Agency, Missouri, passed away Wednesday Feb. 7, 2024. She was born Nov. 4, 1964, in St. Joseph, daughter of the late Beverly and Eugene Swoboda.

She graduated from Wathena High School and worked at E-Z Money loan as a cashier. She enjoyed knitting, reading, playing games and crossword puzzles. She was a Catholic.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Scott and Mark Swoboda; nephews, Kyle Juhl and Kent Sherlock; mother-in-law, Elsie “Nanny” Felt; and brother- in-law, Kenny Sherlock.

She is survived by sons, Trevis and Matthew Felt, of St. Joseph; former husband, Bruce Felt, of St. Joseph; sister, Jeanan Sherlock, of Dearborn, Missouri; brother, Curt (Tammy) Swoboda, Wathena, Kansas; nieces, Tricia Sherlock-Dunham, Nancy Simmons and Samantha Sherlock; beloved nanny for years and great-aunt to Karahlynn and Payton; other great nieces and nephews, Skylar, Addyson, Kayla and Kinzie; her companion, Patrick Dreier; as well as numerous friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home.

She will be cremated under the direction of the Rupp Funeral Home.
