Buchanan County Women’s Democratic Club to hold monthly meeting

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) -- The Buchanan County Women's Democratic Club (BCWDC) will hold its next meeting at noon on Tuesday, July 22.

The meeting will be held at San Jose Steakhouse, located at 4015 S. Belt Highway. Attendees who wish to eat lunch are encouraged to arrive at 11:00 a.m. to place their order from the menu.

Buchanan County Commissioner Ron Hook will provide updates about the development of the county's new fairgrounds in Easton, Missouri and the status of revitalizing historic Lake Contrary.

Members will also participate in "Action Blue!", which is Democratic political activities.
