Three seriously injured in Saturday night crash

STEWARTSVILLE, Mo. (News-Press NOW)--Three people were taken to Mosaic Life Care Saturday evening after a car crash in Dekalb County.

At approximately 11:06 p.m. Saturday, a driver of a Mercury Sable failed to stop at a stop sign when traveling south on MO-31.

The car struck a Kia Forte traveling east on US-36. The Mercury Sable skidded off the road and overturned, resting on its top while the Kia Forte skidded off the south side of the road.

The driver of the Sable, as well as the driver and passenger of the Forte, were all taken to Mosaic Life Care by ambulance for serious injuries.
