A man and woman have been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the deadly shooting on Sunday at North 20th and Jules Streets.

Brian M. Helm, 36, and Melanie L. Myers, 23, were charged in connection with the shooting death of Dustin Allen Graham, according to St. Joseph Police Department Capt. Jeff Wilson.

Both are in custody and have been denied bail.
