James and Nancy Michels celebrate 50 years!

James and Nancy Michels are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 3, 2026. They were married at Immaculate Conception Church, in St. Joseph, on Jan. 3, 1976.

Their two children are Beth (Mike) Donaldson and Sara Michels Bill Belding. They have five grandchildren, Mercedez, Dalton, Gage, Kearah and Taylen.

A family dinner and celebration will be held at a later date.
