Family all together after 25 years!

Grant City, Missouri - The children of Horta and Ruth Roach recently reflected on a lifetime of family, faith, and shared roots that have kept them closely bonded across generations.
The Roach family includes seven siblings: Richard (87), Jerry (85), Ralph (84), Marilyn (83), Carol (81), Jeff (71), and Debra (66). Five of the siblings were born within a close span of years, ranging from 87 to 81 years of age, while the two youngest arrived 15 and 21 years after the eldest. Despite the age gaps, the siblings have remained deeply connected throughout their lives.
All of the siblings graduated from Grant City High School, with the exception of the youngest, who graduated in Katy, Texas. Growing up in Grant City helped shape their strong values, work ethic, and enduring sense of community.
Family has always been at the heart of the Roach siblings’ lives. Even with differences in age and life paths, they have leaned on one another for strength, support, and encouragement. They believe their bond has endured because of their shared commitment to family and faith.
God has been central to their lives, serving as their hope and strength through the years. The siblings credit God’s blessings for the health and vitality that have allowed them to reach this stage of life and remain connected. They express deep gratitude for the Lord’s guidance and provision that has carried them through life’s challenges and joys.
In December 2025, the siblings will reunite once again, thankful for the opportunity to gather, celebrate their shared history, and honor the faith and family values instilled in them by their parents. They consider this reunion a true blessing and a testament to the importance of family, love, and God’s enduring presence in their lives.
