The Center for Entrepreneurship at Missouri Western State University is now accepting nominations for two entrepreneurship awards that will be presented during Entrepreneurship Week on campus March 19-23. Entrepreneurs will receive the Emerging Entrepreneur and Entrepreneur of the Year Awards at the week’s capstone luncheon Friday, March 23. The keynote speaker at the luncheon will be Wayne Chatham, a 1990 alumnus of Missouri Western. Chatham is co-founder and vice chairman of Card Compliant, a regulatory compliance company and chairman and founder of nthCard, a gift card processor.

The awards will recognize individuals from throughout the region for their professional achievements and their civic contributions to the community. Nomination forms and instructions can be found on the Center for Entrepreneurship’s website, csb-fe.missouriwestern.edu/entrepreneurship-week, and should be completed and returned to Annette Weeks, aweeks@missouriwestern.edu, by March 10.
