DESCRIPTION: An Oklahoma judge is expected to consider if there is enough evidence for a former pastor of a Texas megachurch accused of child sexual abuse to stand trial. A preliminary hearing in Osage County is set Thursday for Robert Preston Morris, 63, who resigned last year as pastor of Gateway Church in the Dallas suburb of Southlake after a woman accused him of sexually abusing her in the 1980s. Morris has been charged with five counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child in connection with the allegations.
