Utility construction along a major South Side road will bring traffic delays beginning next week.

Starting on Monday, Nov. 25, a contractor with natural gas provider Spire will replace pipelines along King Hill Avenue. Crews will dig in the streets from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Delays and closures can be expected.

Construction will begin at Alabama Street and progress north to Clayton Street.

The project is set to be completed in February.
