Bishop LeBlond v. Plattsburg

The 8-Man District 5 Championship comes down to a third matchup of the season between the Golden Eagles and Tigers. LeBlond owns the first two matchups, LeBlond also enters having allowed nearly half the amount of points per game Plattsburg has allowed to its opponents this season.

Mid-Buchanan @ Brookfield

This matchup will be a heavyweight fight between two undefeated teams competing for the Class 2 District 8 title. Brookfield enters with the better defense and offense statistically. Mid-Buchanan will look to capture its first district title since 2020, a year in which they were the Class 1 runner-up.

Maryville v. Cameron

It’s not often you find a team with a losing record playing for a district championship, but Cameron has turned things around after a lackluster regular season. In order to continue the turnaround, the Dragons will have to get through Maryville. The Spoofhounds have owned three of the last four district titles in their respective district.

Missouri Western

v. Quincy

It’s been a year to forget for Missouri Western football. However, the Griffs get one final game to end the regular season on a positive note. Quincy enters at 6-3, and having won its last three games heading into Saturday at Spratt Stadium.

Northwest Missouri State v. Pittsburg State

The Bearcats will close out their regular season with their fourth and final matchup with a Top-25 program. Pittsburg State enters off the heels of an upset loss to Central Missouri 37-13 last week. The Bearcats have won their last two games and are boasting a winning record despite starting the season 0-2.

Benedictine @ William Woods

An explosive Ravens offense travels to William Woods to close out the regular season. The Ravens are off the heels of a blowout victory against Central Methodist a week ago. Jackson Dooley continued his stellar season in the victory with 343 yards and two touchdowns.
